  • Reporting to Director
  • Gather intelligence on the market and economic trend, customer demands and competitors for industrial estate development.
  • Manage project members that are in your team.
  • Responsible for the preparation, execution of the market research schedule and delivering the project according to timeline and budget.
  • Manage and attend to market research field works and resolve operational issues independently
  • Organize the project team; update the project records for reporting purposes and submission of reports.
  • Responsible for writing and submitting the Business Plan to the client
  • Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion like discussions with client and government stakeholders
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, health and safety and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in any discipline
  • Able to management team and ensure on time delivery of work.
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in relevant industries or jobs
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Burmese languages.
  • Ability to read and write Mandarin is a plus.
  • Understand the economic and industrial landscape in Myanmar, preferably in the area of industrial park development and management
  • Preferably familiar with the economy and industries of the Mon and Kayin State; and how the border trade with Thailand benefits both sides.
  • Experienced in estimating demand for industrial and service projects for industrial estate development.
  • Familiar with the Myanmar Sustainable Development Plan and it’s working.
