About the Job: The Project Manager is primarily responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and managing of all the community based distribution projects across the country. For this job, travel to the project locations is required more than 70% of the time.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Get the community based distribution agents in different areas across the country. 
• Provide them all the required trainings including sexual and reproductive health awareness, sales and promotion, and product training. 
• Drive the teams to reach the target, by ensuring all the required inventories are provided to them.
• Manage all the inventory movement, stock balance and ensure not to have any balance differences.
• Initiate new project ideas and plans which are aligned with the program objectives.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. 

• University Degree in any discipline (professional Diploma in Project Management/ Business Management is preferable.)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in project management and sales and distribution management.
• Strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with commercial teams and cross functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills is required.
• Good knowledge in Family Planning (FP) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) is a must.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Digital friendliness, especially with all google services and Microsoft software.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability is required.
• More than 70% of the time, travel across the country is required.
