A Great Opportunity for ...

-Manage project as an Owner’s Representative
-Responsible manage scope, budget and schedule is of utmost importance. You will be developing, tracking, updating, forecasting and modifying the project schedule / budget throughout all phases of the project. This includes reviewing and tracking all contracts, invoices, and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.
-Provide day-to-day project oversight with the client and project team consisting of the Architect, Engineers, Constructor and other consultants on behalf of the owner
-Assign documentation of meeting notes to the project team
-Prepare a monthly report to client, based on input from the project team
-Understand and assist in the negotiation of contracts, including the evaluation of, advising on and assistance with resolution of claims or disputes.
-Traditionally reports to Project Director or Project Manager In-Charge.
