· Develop detailed project plans, goals and budgets to monitor and track progress; and to share clients as well as other staff members
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Meet with clients to take detailed requirements and clarify specific requirements of each project
· Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
· Manage the relationship with the client, all stakeholders and third parties/ vendors
· Conduct all necessary trainings to the clients/ end users
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
