• Report to Managing Director
• Direct and manage project development from building phase to finished
• Responsible for the preparation, execution of the construction schedule and delivering the project according to timeline and budget.
• Planning and executing the engineering works ( Civil, M&E) and building project
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/ operational issues independently
• Organize the project team; update the project records (Technical Report, Progress Report) for reporting purposes and submission of reports.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the design, detailed drawing, and construction process, including sub-contractors and working with engineers, architects, consultants and vendors for the execution of works.
• Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion like archi & structure design discussion, client relation and government stakeholders.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, health and safety and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Responsible for overall management of a project / site & workers in the filed of engineering supervision.

• Between 35 & 45 years
• At least (10) years of  working experience or more in construction  field
• At least (5) years working experience as Project Manager.
• Relevant education background with Engineering & Construction Management. (Preferable of specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent)
• Good in Project Management & leadership skill
• Fluency in written and oral English and Myanmar.
