Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible to achieve the target that set by COO / Head of Construction Region / Project Director.
  • Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, detail scheduling, planning, profit & loss and closure of a project.
  • Oversee and control the sub- contractor’s performance and manage project resource allocation, procurement planning determines type, quantity and quality required.
  • Reviews contract documents and allocate resource and procurement planning.
  • Ensure that project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide direction and support to project team to achieve the require quality.
  • Present internal reporting for defining project progress, problems, solution and provide project inventory.
  • Monitoring contractor corrective actions and ensures quality of project specifications and claims, suggests ways to mitigate impacts and develops workarounds.
  • Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress and adjustments.
  • Prepare and submit RFA/RFI to owner for design requirement and confirmation.
  • Prepare the weekly meeting and then report to Project Director/Head of Construction Region /COO.
  • Keep and control all documents by separately each file. (ISO procedure)
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Construction Region Head.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering degree with related field experience not less than 12-year
  • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
  • Follows to all workplace health and safety rules & regulations, standards, and practices
  • Verbal and written communication skill in English
