ROLE PURPOSE

You will be part of a highly passionate development organization and work together apart of Scrum Team and Business Stakeholders. You enter the team with an iterative approach and mindset which you need to create strong relationships with all stakeholders to successfully meet the project deadlines. At the same time, you will be the center of development project delivery and key in our success. You will also be instrumental in improving our processes and coaching others to take next step in agile and continuous delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ability to set the overall strategy and direction of the Project Management Team
• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of development and delivery of digital transformation roadmap in a multi scrum team organization
• Takes ownership and accountability for meeting the project and team goals
• Providing the structure projects reporting and status update to stakeholders and sponsors 
• Provides direction and leadership to the team
• Deliver business value based on priority and ROI
• Ensure the team to self-organize and become a mature high-performing team
• Must have certificate in PSM (or) PMP (or) PAL (or) Agile PM (or) ACP (or) Agile/SCRUM Certificate

Education & Special Training

• A Bachelor degree or above

Experience

• Experience from development project management in an agile word with multiple interdependent teams.
• Understanding of the financial industry through working experience.
• Business Analysis or Developer or QA experience.
• Experience in the Banking sector is a plus

Languages

• Working proficiency in Myanmar and English.
