Job Description

The Card Operations Project Manager is responsible to manage the projects under Card Operations and keep the proper track and always focus on the deadline. Manage the team members and Vendors including but not limited to regular follow ups, focus on SIT/UAT, proper communication, reporting.

  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing of on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed MIS on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Managing large and diverse teams
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

  • An analytical mind
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to stick to time constraints

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s) of work experience in the role of Project Manager in any organization
  • Experience working in banking Business/Operation would be more preferable
  • Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, leadership, professional maturity, communication skills and ability to work independently.
