-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing project/ building information.
-Can prepare presentation and business proposal for projects/ business dealing.
-Establish and maintains relationship with clients by providing a support, an information and researching and recommending new opportunities.
-Calls (including cold calling ) on potential building’s tenants and creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts.
-Sell products to additional tenants in client existing building.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with building management and customers.
-Eger to drive business activities ( participant in marketing activities )
-Can drive own sales target
-Bachelor degree holder (prefer technical background )
-At least 1 year experience in sales ( prefer who have experience related in construction projects sales and could build relationship with building tenants)
-Excel and Power point
-Good in team working but need to be independent
