Job Description

  • Conduct market research (eg competitor analysis, Potential services and product offering etc.. Responsible for tender presentation/introduction of service to potential client
  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Any other Business Development related works delegated by Manager
  •  Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Introduce, promote and sell Nippon Protective Coatings to potential and existing customers through regular site visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
  • Follow-up on projects within respective geographical territories assigned by Leader and monitoring very closely with project personnel to ensure Nippon products are used and to achieve sales target. 
  • Recommend to all applicators so that they all make sure to follow standard proper application of paints to ensure painting work is carried out according to specification and procedures.
  •  Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  •  Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  •  Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate, Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Fluent in English.

- Must have at least 5 years experiences in the construction field, Paint, and relevant industry, Project Management. 
- Must have Driving License.
- Good Personality , Leadership, Presentation Skills, Dedication, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation Skill.
- Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.

- Able to work and deliver under tight deadlines.
