-To execute sales of new property developments in Yangon and Myanmar (nationwide when required)- Able to easily communicate with Directors, Sales Dept., Marketing Dept., Key Customers (Existing and New), all relevant stakeholders- Good at acquiring customers' requirements and provide appropriate recommendations to execute great deals- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new customers in person , via telephone calls ,emails and any feasible/applicable means- Manage cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to develop new businesses / relationships- Responding to incoming email , phone enquiries , and walk-in customers- Negotiating terms of agreement for the sake of closing deals
- Hit / manage individual & sales teams' targets and closing great deals- Carrying out market research for the sake of gathering developers, customers and stakeholders' information for business development- Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;- Manage objections with a prospect of getting the customers to buy;- Advising on forthcoming product/ services developments and promotional activities- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customers;- Liaising with suppliers/developers to check the progress of existing orders;- Reviewing own sales team's performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' needs and requirements;- Conduct accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
