• Develop, propose, and execute the Country Project Sales Strategy, and Project Sales Plans;
• Responsible for the Project Net Sales, Win Ratio, Gross Margins, and Project Sales Cost Centre;
• Develop and executive the “TOA Value Proposition” for each of the Key Stakeholders;
• Build a Project Pipe-line which will be monitored through a Project Pipe-Line Tracking tool;
• Have TOA specified by leading Property Developers, Architects and Interior Designers;
• Establish strong relationships top Property Developers, Architects, and Interior Designers;
• Responsible for Managing and Developing the Project Sales Team;
• To lead project sales team and drive to achieve yearly sales target
• To promote the products through contractors, developers and architects
• Planning strategically weekly, monthly, yearly sales target and planning
• 100% full responsible to achieve entire Project Team sales target by implementing effective approach and sales plans to ensure the result are in line with the company business planning
• Mapping all Projects in Yangon
• Set plan to develop a very strong relationship (family like relationship) with the key customers who are main players in the market.
• Plan, manage and monitor payments collection with existing and new customers to achieve the company budgeted sales and gross margin.
• Monitors competitors’ activities, strategies, organization chart as well as prices. Come up with the plan against the movement of the competitors and discuss with Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Cooperate with technical service personnel to ensure inspection is carried out at all required job site and to ensure works is applied in accordance to specification.
