To ensure to drive ordinary contractors in case of mammoth construction challenges with extensive speed, desire quality, high in safety & in optimum cost.

Key Accountabilities
1 Prepare detailed project schedule and progress monitoring in regular basis.
2 Sound knowledge in Primavera P6 Professional with resource assignment, periodically update/ tracking and evaluate the progress w.r.t. planned, highlight the critical paths, critical interfaces.
3 Coordinates activities of project personnel/ stake holders to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
4 Prepare MIS reports, presentation for Higher management/ Stake holders.
5 Daily monitoring and assess the contractor’s MIS reports.
6 Conduct the progress review meeting with contractors/ stake holders.
7 Maintain contractor’s correspondence register and claim register.
8 Assist to Project Head/ CAD for claim analysis, prepare documents for counter claims and ensure the timely reply of claim letters/ intimations.
9 Coordinate with Engineering/ EPC Contractors to ensure for timely release of drawings as per the schedule.
10 Prepare of project Life Cycle Cash-flow & 3 months Cash-flow projection.
11 Assist to PCM/ Site Head for preparation and regular updating of Cost Sheet.
12 Implement of AGILE Process to ensure that the all required documents for each process to be prepared and updating regular basis.
13 Implement, prepare and maintain of PRMC, Construction & Commissioning process of AGILE with help of stake holders.
14 Coordinate with team/ stake holders to ensure that other AGILE process like Engg., HSEQ, RESR etc. to be implemented timely.
