Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Dealing with any incoming post and calls to the office
  • Responsible to manage Stock control including records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory
  • Responsible to handle cash transactions with proper accounts
  • Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventative maintenance, calls for repairs and maintains necessary supplies
  • Monitor and maintains office supply inventory, anticipates needed supplies and places orders as necessary
  • Responsible of fleet management
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting as needed for senior management
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

  • Bachelor Degree and any master degree related with applied position
  • Diploma in supply chain management, logistics will be advantage
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experiences in similar position, especially in Construction sector

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • The ability to be flexible in hours & office location
  • The ability to work on weekends or overtime if needed
  • Strong knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy
  • Strong internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be honest, courtesy and highly responsible and initiative person
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
  • Require to relocate
