Job Description

The ability to motivate a team and possess good communication and organizational skills.
A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Formulate a plan and present it to senior management or a client
Customer consumer programs by growing information sources and providing timely, insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to profile and define market opportunities
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Graduate degree in a quantitative (Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science)
Good using in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,)
Good English: listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
At least 1-year related market research and sales and marketing is more preferable
Practical experience implementing various quantitative & qualitative market research approaches
Experience with database systems
Having at least 1 years or more in a similar position, preference will be given to candidates, with experience in Technology, Logistics and Tender fields
Able to work independently and in a team, enthusiastic and proactive in work.
Regularly learn, research and improve to improve work efficiency.
Effective communication and persuasion skills
