>Preparing RFP based on the event plan for each event campaign.> Shortlisting the vendors according to event types.> Preparing to set price negotiation meeting to select the best agencies for relevant events.> Briefing detail of each event plan to selected agencies other cross department who will participate in the event.> Preparing documents for payments, such as PR, kissflow, PO and Payment processes.>Handling logistics for premium items.>Monitoring pre-event situation and managing on ground event situation. >Ensuring payment processes.> Monitoring the progress by overseeing the reports and photos.> Communication and Marketing Skills.> Public relations and Hospility skills.> Good ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.> Project management experience.> Good time management.> Good knowledge in functional skills.

Job Requirements
> Computer Literacy skill (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is a must.
> Good English profiency skill especially in speaking and writing.
>Proficiency in various functional skills such as IT system usage.
> Marketing knowledge in Event Management field.
> Bachelor degree is a must.
> Diploma in Marketing Management is preferable.
>At least one year experience in Event management field.
> Marketing experience in Event Branding.
