Overall security management in villa compound.
Maintenance and administration of facilities & equipments.
Conduct meter measurement related with villa’s water, electricity and etc.
Be able to supervise not to be water shortage in the property
Be able to negotiate the requirements of the customers of company and owners who live in villa.
Be able to manage property management team.
Other ad-hoc duties that related with property management services.

Age between 30 ~ 50 years
Only preferred applicants who had experiences in security operation in government association.
Be able to use computer (Microsoft Office)
Be able to travel and work in Kalaw.
Excellent communication and negotiate skill
