-    Lead and supervise the construction inspection team and plan, prepare and analyze the document, manage construction contracts.
-    Supervise the preparation of inspector daily reports for inclusion on contractor progress payment estimate.
-    Meet with contractors regularly to plan and coordinate work, resolve issues of work areas, scheduling concerns and sequence operations and other contract labor compliance and administrative manners.
-    Administer contracts in accordance with contract plans and specifications.
-    Monitor contractor’s work compliance with schedule, budget, technical specifications, and legal requirements.
-    Conduct progress meetings and prepare reports on projects status.
-    Assign, schedule, direct, supervise, review and accept the work on behalf of the client.
-    Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
-    Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall master schedule.
-    Manage construction coordination between design engineer, architect and construction contractor.
-    Perform site inspection during construction phase.
-    Participate actively as a member of the Clients construction team for project delivery.

-    Bachelor or Master degree in Civil/Structural Engineering , preferably from AIT (Asian Institute  of Technology)
-    Good working experience of (5) years in related fields preferred
-    Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
-    Minimum TOEIC score of 550, TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.5
-    Good communication skills 
-    Proficient in Microsoft office
-    Proficient in Auto CAD/Sketch up software package 
-    Willingness to travel
