• Ensure that the designated properties are cleaned and to deliver safe and comfortable environment in cost effective manner.• Responsible for budget setting, reviewing operation budget and forecasting the budgets which are to align with business needs.• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs and planning renovation.• Responsible for managing the building infrastructure and facilities such as identification of vendors/contractors, tendering the vendors, reviewing performance aligned with the business needs.• Monitor the operations with outsourcing providers such as pest control, security, cleaning and landscaping.• Responsible for all risk management such as inspections, preventative maintenance, safety and emergency things.• Reports to management about the financials of the properties.• Maintain the good relationship with owner, customers, and relevant local authorities.• Hire, train necessary staff and ensure all of the human resources requirements are aligned with the business needs.• Take performance measures to improve facilities maintenance for the buildings.• Do other work related tasks as required.

Job Requirements
Education• Any GraduateExperiences• 5 Years experienced in Property ManagementKnowledge• Project management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.• Real estate sector, property market and relationship between relevant authorities and stakeholders• Building & Construction Rules/Regulations & Standard Codes• Civil Engineering System• Strong knowledge of Building Management System• ELV technologies such as security, power supply, fire, waste water system and etc.Skills• Strong technical skills of Mechanical & Electrical• Problem solutions for Tenant’s requirements• Safety work procedures• English Proficiency• Strong Leadership Skills• Active listening• Service-minded• Team coordination• Negotiations• CompromisingAbilities• Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.• Identify the developmental needs of team members and coaching, mentoring, helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
