Job Scope:
HE/She would be required to support the Shwe Property with identifying potential properties for Sale
Ability establish and build relationships with potential customers
Provide potential customers with good customer services during the process of selling their property
Ability to work freely and independently around the Yangon City
Work 6 Days a week (including Saturday and Sunday (Rest Day Monday)
Ability to effectively manage KPI’s and targets set
Operationally:
Ability to understand market trends, analyse sales data
Good communication skills and ability to close sales deals
Ability to be proactive and innovated in the role of Township Manger
Have a full understanding of our service offering and the ability to communicate this with our potential customers
Ability to document and actively report to line manager
Ability to report consistently provide details reports summarizing weekly performance

Job Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry
Previous sales experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to use a laptop computer and a basic level of ability use Microsoft office
Ability to use a smartphone and take functional real estate images
Excellent negotiations skills
Work well under pressure
Ability to prioritise workload
