An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Cooperation with Internal/external team (CCO , IREG , IT/VAS, Vendor and etc.,) when create new products and services.
  • Discuss with Vendor related with Technical issue and network optimization.Initiating CR(Change Request) and PEW/WO process 
  • Check and initiate Core Network reports.
  • Technical support for customer feedback ( CCO, IREG, IT/VAS, CTE.,)
  • To do necessary configuration ,new services regarding the PS Core part( Espically Huawei Cloud Core Network Devices ) 
  • Check daily Network Status and analysing  issues.
  • Deeply analysis third level report for new service, network optimization/network risk and cross check for operation).
  • Review and create SOP developed by Own(Internal) and other.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Drgree in Technology, IT  (or) Diploma in  Technology , IT  is required
  • Able to use MS office tools on advanced level
  • English 4 skills (Pre-Inter)
  • Project management skills
  • Planning, administration, and organization skills
  • Integrating Systems
