  • Develop ongoing relationships with relevant media representatives at the community, regional and national levels
  • Oversee all public relations work; provide information and ideas to firm or person and obtains necessary approvals for all media coverage
  • Assist in the development of plans and policies related to public relations and social media
  • Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education.
  • Maintains regular attendance in major corporate meetings
  • Maximizing brand presence -Set objectives for PR an corporate-level initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts
  • Organize PR events to increase awareness of our company
  • Assign tasks and projects to the PR team
  • Track and influence media coverage
  • Report on PR and CSR campaigns results
  • Media Relations -Respond promptly to all media inquiries,Write and disseminate all press releases for significant grants made by the organization, for institutional news, and for findings and outcomes of organization's projects
  • Create and implement a community news strategy to raise awareness of TBF and its initiatives in grassroots and community media outlets
  • Manage multimedia assets of the Foundation, including videos, posted on external platforms, including YouTube, Flickr and others
  • Regularly place articles about the organization's initiatives in traditional and new media
  • CSR Development - oversees the creation and implementation of an organisation’s social responsibility objectives. They are in charge of designing and developing the strategies that support the companies’ CSR goals.  Research, generate ideas, formulate policies, construct comprehensive plans, establish links with partner organisations, and then implement, manage and oversee a variety of activities and projects aimed at meeting CSR mission.
  • Reports Editing & Publishing -  Publish annual reports for A bank and sub brands .Maximize brand presence on various channels (e.g. web, TV and social media). Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals
  • Events Management - Coordinating Media meet ups, press conferences or signing events .Speaking on behalf of the company in interviews and press conferences.
  • Leadership team support - Arrange and accompany interviews and press releases to promote our company, its representatives, and products/services
  • Crisis Management - Monitor Press and Media. Manage sensitive issues to maintain company’s good reputation

Job Requirements

  • Strong English and Myanmar language skills is a must.
  • Proven leadership work experience as a Public Relations(PR) , Corporate Relations or similar role
  • Solid experience coordinating successful PR campaigns
  • Expertise in different social networks, including Facebook and Twitter
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson
  • Creative abilities and team management skills
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with key professionals
  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field
