  • To review thoroughly purchase requisitions, keeping in mind such as lead times, standardization, quantity, discounts and purchasing budgets.
  • To assist any departments at the hotel in formmulating their material requirements and to use competitive bidding or other to obtain the best price
  • To check and manage the current supplier's list for all kind of and conducting ventor visits.
  • Any Graduate

  • Preparation of procurement document
  • Maintain to filling system for the procurement document
  • To ensure the timely procurement of all goods required by the hotel
