Job Description

  1. Must be able to guide and provide (supplier sourcing/ purchasing) related strategic and operational support and guidance to the team.

  2. Must be able to compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

  3. Must be able to develop and maintain necessary supplier sourcing/purchasing tracking database.

  4. Must be able to purchase best product category for Mart or Wholesales market.

  5. Must be able to do competitor market report, sales contract and pricing analysis.

  6. Must be able to collaborate with sales, marketing, social and customer service teams.

  7. Must be able to review supplier and portfolio performance and can report to management.

  8. Must be able to manage merchandise assortment that meets the needs of the market.

  9. Must be able to coordinate with other teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/ cost reduction opportunities.

  10. Must be able to negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

  11. Driving and implementing all activities, projects, negotiations and initiatives.

  12. Leading, coaching, mentoring and training the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the sourcing function.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate

  • At least 2years’ experience as a Senior-purchaser

  • Proven work experience at Mini Mart as a Purchaser.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office                

  • Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skillsStrong planning and organizational skills

  • Work Hard / Good AttitudeGood Verbal and Written communication in English

  • Over 28
