  1. Handle all aspect of the purchasing document;
  2. Work with operation team, suppliers and logistics colleague closely;
  3. Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
  4. Responsible for order processing and coordinatings.
  5. Data entry and filing paperwork.
  6. Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories
  7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
