Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare weekly purchase template.
  • Forecast as per own category and support cross dock, RTE and RTD ordering process
  • Issue PO as per forecast and send PO to supplier
  • Follow up delivery schedule with supplier
  • Check supplier for return/ exchange process and sign (Verified by) and communicate with supplier via emailed, mobile
  • Update reasons of Demand Planning for OOS report.
  • Prepare Update SLA and reasons of Demand Planning
  • Inform to MDZ team for Price Change issue and follow up price change done to open PO
  • Monthly SLA Report
  • Check on ground Physical Stocks vs BOH
  • Review daily on hand stock and re-order process for those items out of stock again
  • Align with YGN Operation Team in Viber group check for stocks related issue
  • Prepare All New Products & allocate qty by request to Category Management Department on every Monday and allocate list send to allocation Team
  • Manage all types of promotion stock availability and allocated to stores as per their requirement Qty
  • Weekly Request approval cash payment and collect cash at Treasury for supplier (Cash On delivery)
  • Provide stock balance report to operation Support Team for monthly mailer promotion
  • Provide necessary report to Demand Planning Manager as required
  • Perform Ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated but preferable supply chain management related diploma or certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, especially in Demand Planning and Forecasting role
  • Suppliers Negotiation Management
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Team Management
  • Communication skills with both Internal and External.
