• Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times• Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels• Workings with suppliers and internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.• Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks• Identifies and researches potential new suppliers• Negotiate with the suppliers for the best quality, price, require quantity and lead time• Arrange payment, coordinate with related department• Prepare the monthly and weekly report and reporting to management in time.

• Must have knowledge and experience in Rice and agricultural products• Any graduated and relevant training will be an advantage• 6+ years’ experience in procurement or purchasing• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills• Can use Microsoft Office• Able to work independently, manage and motive team• Good Negotiator, Financial Analysis Skills, Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics Skills.
