• Responsible to source,negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.• Preparation of Purchase order,Request for Quotation,Requests for proposal and coordination of their timely dispatch.• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning,issuing and following up onPurchase orders delivery.• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards,delivery time & best prices and ensure allthe criteria are met according to the company’s requirements and expectations.• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Supply chain or equivalent.• At least 3 years work experience in Purchasing,preferably in the F&B industry.• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.• Good knowledge of Excel,Word and Powerpoint.• Able to communicate English.
