- Responsible for overall quality related audits and inspections at assign region.
- Audit and inspect to ensure PM / CM and I & C works are meet according to the require quality standards.
- Ensure site’s automation systems are operate as per initial configuration set up.
- Identify and initiate non-conformity in preventive approach and to fix and rectify technical issue at sites.
- Verify and audit major assert breakdown issues at sites.
- Recommend technical suggestions to rectify major non-conformity in issued NCR.
- Validate rectification works are completed as per corrective actions from NCR feedback.
- Responsible to issue NCR and follow up till closure of issued NCR within the timeframe.
- Prepare and maintain regional NCR monitoring summary report to superior by weekly basic.
- Support ad hoc duties assign from superior during the audits at sites.
- Ensure own personal safety precautions during the site audits.

•Bachelor’s Degree Holder – Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience as QA Engineer or Power Engineer in Telecom Industry.

(Preferrable on familiar with Power Assets in AP Towers).
• Strong experience in power systems and technical background on different types of Power Systems.
• Must be able to travel frequently for site audits.
• Strong knowledge of O & M functions and power configuration.
• Analytical skill requires for root cause identification and troubleshooting.
• Ability to pay attention in details and approach with initiative-taking mindset.
• Able to perform as trustworthy individual and as well as accountable team member.
• Fluency in English both in speaking and writing (mandatory).

• Ensure to achieve planned site audits as per monthly KPI Target.
• To follow up issued NCR till closure and achieve close rate as per KPI Target.
• To be provide troubleshooting support on sites and service recommendations.
• Ensure all require reports and update summary are submit timely.
• Always keep up to date communication with superior and team member to follow up proactively.
