စိမ္ရည္အသုံးစာရင္း ( Raw Used Register )/ေပါင္းခံအသုံးစာရင္း ( Mash Used Register )/ကုန္ေခ်ာထြက္ရွိမႈစာရင္း ( OP Goods Register ) ေရးသြင္းေပးျခင္း ။
ကုန္ေခ်ာထုတ္လုပ္မႈ အေျခအေန Final Products မ်ားကို  Efficiency  တြက္ခ်က္ေပးျခင္း။
ဓါတ္ခြဲခန္းသုံး ေဆးမ်ားေဖ်ာ္စပ္ ( Solutions ) ရာတြင္ အနီးကပ္ႀကီးၾကပ္မႈေပးျခင္း။
ကုန္ၾကမ္းအရည္အေသြး ( Raw Materials ) စမ္းသပ္စစ္ေဆးမႈမ်ားအား အနီးကပ္ႀကီးၾကပ္ေပးျခင္း။
WIP ( Work In Process Steps ) အဆင့္မ်ားရွိ စမ္းသပ္စစ္ေဆးမႈမ်ားအား အနီးကပ္ႀကီးၾကပ္ေပးျခင္း။
ကုန္ေခ်ာႏွင့္ Fermentation Process ကို Monitoring ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရန္ GC/HPLC စက္မ်ားျဖင့္ ကူညီစမ္းသပ္ေပးျခင္း။
ေရဆိုးသန႔္စင္မႈအရည္အေသြး ( Wastewater Treatment ) / ေလာင္စာအရည္အေသြး ( Fuel ) စမ္းသပ္စစ္ေဆးမႈမ်ားအား ႀကီးၾကပ္မႈေပးျခင္း။
ဓါတ္ခြဲခန္းသုံး စက္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ( Calibration ) ပုံမွန္လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈ ရွိ / မရွိ စစ္ေဆးေပးျခင္း။
စက္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ျပဳျပင္မႈ ( Maintained ) လုပ္ေဆာင္ရာတြင္ အနီးကပ္ႀကီးၾကပ္မႈေပးျခင္း။
လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ကုန္ထုတ္လုပ္မႈေခ်ာေမႊ႕ေစရန္၊စက္ပစၥည္းမ်ား စနစ္တက်ျပဳျပင္ထိန္းသိမ္းရန္ႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ေဘးအႏၲရာယ္ ကင္းရွင္းေရးအတြက္ စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ႀကီးၾကပ္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရန္။

QA/QC (leader) ႏွင့္ အနည္းဆုံး ၂ ႏွစ္ ႏွင့္အထက္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကဳံရွိရမည္။
အရက္ခ်က္စက္႐ုံလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကဳံရွိသူဦးစားေပးမည္။
