- Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures

- Closely manage and supervise the QA team and QC team to meet the project’s quality requirement
- Prepare and issue the procedures and disciplines such as preventive and corrective action to improve the company quality standard based on the actual quality problems of the workplace
- Prepare the procedures such as ITP, WPS, NDT, Dimension, and painting to meet the customer requirement and as per quality specifications
- Analysis, review and solve the problems about any quality issues of product to satisfy the customer
- Analyze NCRs periodically and take corrective action and directly report to MD

- Develop and implement Quality Management System and act as a team leader or lead auditor

- Must have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy Engineering
- Over 8 years of working experience in QA/QC field with 4 years experiences in quality steel structuring
- Experience in developing and monitoring of project QA/QC budgets
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, process improvement, standard methodologies and standards
- Good communication with English language
