Quality Assurance & Control Manager has to ensure checking the management of quality control activities for all phases of production, personnel and laboratory operations. Inspect products in process to assure the quality on time and communicate with production members about the results. Perform inspections in critical plant areas, supervises special inspections for incoming materials, and release or dispose products as needed.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Performs validations or transfer of analytical method in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines.
• Judgment and fast action when QC results are out of standards. Results are out of standards.
• Find the root cause if found some deviations on product or process.
• Co-operate with RD and production for test run process and update process validation report.
• Checking raw materials shelf-life extension in internal lab depend on warehouse stock and distribute to IT, R&D, WH, Supply chain, Production.
• Checking raw materials shelf-life and arrange to send external lab.
• Arrange to send lab for FG and local raw materials base on HACCP.
• Arrange to send water sample (Raw, RO and waste) to external lab yearly.
• Warehouse inspection for all storage area monthly.
• Perform regularly standardized inspections of each process to guarantee the quality of the products.
• Set the quality standard for raw materials, semi-finished and FG.
• Check and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conduct visual and measurement tests, if necessary, rejecting and returning un-acceptable materials.

• At Least 10 years’ experience in food and relative business.
• M.Sc., B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry), M.E., B.E. (Chemical) or other related degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented and good at troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
