Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for daily inspection and documentation.
  • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction.
  • Inspect or oversee inspection and testing of the work in a variety of areas.
  • Prepare inspection reports to document inspection of materials installed on site.
  • Provide acceptance sampling and testing, to confirm work is in conformance with contract documents.
  • Provide inspection for acceptance of work required to be visually inspected and accepted.
  • Perform system verification on completed systems to assure correct installation per design specifications.
  • Review construction methodology for compliance to the applicable codes, standards and specifications.
  • Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Structural,  Architectural and Interior discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s directions.
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in QC engineering.
  • Hands-on experience using design and calculation software: AutoCAD 2D, 3D.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Burmese and proficient in English or Chinese.
