• Incoming raw materials and packaging materials checking;

a. As per COC and COA form supplier requirement

b. Quantity, Package condition, production date, expired date and Appearance

• Coordinate the activities of QC workers who are involved in inspecting line process and ensure that they meet the quality standards specified.

In Line Process control

a. Weighting and Base Mixing (etc; asper batch size and compound)

b. Roller, Cutting and Stamping (etc; asper rpm, temperature, thickness and PH.)

• Supervise and coordinate activities of QC workers engaged in process product and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards.

Packaging and Casing (etc; wrapper printing, Shrinking, and date coding)

• Ensure to report to immediately Manager for exceptions process during production. Daily check the record every blend/ batch/ daily production and preparation.
• Must be follow the GMP requirement and personal hygiene.
• When QA lab and all respective area are must be clean and safe
• After Cleaning and Sanitizing the process equipment check by QA to prevent cross contamination.
• Good relationship and politely speaking with customer upon the all process and production.
• Ensure to handle the documents as well as neat and tidy to not be lost of document and lack of document.
• Ensure to follow as delivery supervisor’s guide-line and SOP.
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
• Daily checking system and equipment is safe to use prior to starting work each day.

Educational Background     

• B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry, IC, Engineering Chemistry, Bio Chemistry or Other related field in Science

Training and Experience       

• Minimum of experience 2 or 3 years in Quality Control Process

Specific Knowledge               

• Good and effective oral/ written communication skills, problem solving

• Excellent physical condition and endurance.

• Planning, Leading Organizing & Coordinating
