Ensure the smooth implementation of the various laboratory tests in this shift, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the inspection data, and cooperate with the monitor to do the work of the team.
Safeguard the company's interests and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations.
Handover of shifts 15 minutes in advance every day, a comprehensive inspection of the previous shift's health, records, work completion, etc., and timely suggestions for problems found.
Must be interested and love the job and obey the arrangement of the supervisor;
The fairness of mutual supervision and testing is strictly prohibited to help the workshop personnel to cheat;
Sampling and testing the samples and finished products in the workshop in strict accordance with the operating procedures, so that the analysis is true, accurate and timely, and if necessary, review the test results, and notify the workshop and relevant departments of the analysis results in a timely manner. It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the data privately, carefully make the test records, sample and test the purchased raw and auxiliary materials; regularly check the raw materials in stock, and make relevant records; conduct a comprehensive inspection of the test records before work every day, responsible for the clear, detailed written handover to achieve today's affairs.
Dispose of waste products according to the chemical management system.
Reasonable management of all raw materials, reserved samples for delivery and controlled samples.
Preparation and management of samples required by the Ministry of Trade.
Take care of laboratory instruments and equipment, practise saving, eliminate material wasting, and prepare non-standard solutions used by the quality control department.
Responsible for the inventory and reagents on duty, receiving medicines and reagents on time.
Responsible for the registration of the final product unqualified in the production process, find out the cause of the unqualified, and fill it in the handover shift record.
Strengthen business learning and continuously improve business level.
Coordinate with the work of production workshops, warehouses and other positions, and report to the next level the problems that cannot be solved in the work.
Thoroughly clean the laboratory (including floor, operating table, equipment, etc.) before get off work every day;
Actively put forward reasonable suggestions and provide suggestions for improving the work level of the team.
Completing other tasks assigned by the leader.
