Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Working for engineering, construction (civil, finishing, ID, MEP, etc) field Checking quantity
Follow up with contracts with main contractor, client
Follow up with contracts with subcontractors
Progress Claim payment with client
Progress Claim payment assessment with subcontractors
Creates and calculates the BQ for the construction site
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
Making the list of supplier unit price and compare it for all scope of work
Analyses Sub-con quotations and Checking supplier invoices for down payment compared with site progress
If project requirement, new materials and new suppliers need to be found on time to complete proper budget
Can visit sites if needs.

Job Requirements

B.E (Civil)
At least 2-3 year experience in construction related field
Computer Skill : Must know how to use all the software related in construction field
Able to work online
Orginazing the Work and Orginazing the presentation
Able to work under stress situation, Can work under pressure
Patient and details working, checking numbering
