- Assess cost estimate and quotation- Develop and prepare contractual documentation- Review of all contract and tender documents- Negotiate and establish contractual terms, conditions and prices- Prepare of progress claim and certification of payments- Prepare, review tender & contract documents, edit all contracts, existing contracts for sales and services- Establish and maintain adequate controls to assure continuous analysis and measurement of performance against requirements and corrective action as required- Maintain & overseeing organized system of physical and digital records- Responsible for negotiation review, interpretation, acceptance, monitoring, revision and/or changes to proposed and/or current government contracts from receipt to conclusion

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Quantity surveying, prefer Master Degree- Age over 32 years old- At least 7-8 years in general construction & Steel estimating experience, financial knowledge, or related field- Strong in Fabrication / steel manufacturing and tendering Process- Ability to review tender documentations including drawings, details, and specifications- Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, and construction- Good Command in English language
