We are urgently looking Local candidates for the working opportunities to perform the current Taungoo, Meikhtila 500KV project.

1. Analyze project men-hour usage and report to Director of Design & Engineering Department implement necessary changes in allocating of personnel or organization of project if men-hour are over-budget
2. Participate occasionally in client meetings to negotiate with clients with regards to claim settlement/BOQ settlement and/or the required change management of the contracts
3. Act upon project de-briefs to establish or revise work rates/norms to reduce company risk and to ensure profitability management. The outcomes are to be shared to Estimate Engineers of Bids & Proposal Department to enhance winning projects with managed risk
4. Support department leaders of Quantity Survey & Cost Control Department, Director of Design & Engineering Department and Management Committee in ensuring profitability management of projects by providing with analysis on direct cost usage of the project, analysis on overdesign which increased the direct cost of the project and analysis on claimable additional works as Variation Orders from client. QS Engineers also act as member of vendor selection committee, providing work rates and norms to Procurement Dept and Project Managers in order to reduce risk on company and manage profitability of Projects.

1. B.E(Civil /Electrical)
2. Age above 25 years
3. At Minimum 5 years experiences
4. Good in Excel/MS Office & Fair English language proficiency
5. Prefer who is Systematic, Good Interpersonal Skills, Good Reporting Skills, Good Communication Skill
