Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Work with OMR for developing and maintaining Quality Management System and Procedures based on ISO standards.
Plan and conduct internal quality audit programs for company departments.
Prepare the quality plan and implementation. Prepare and identify in APQP.
Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions to resolve them.
Support quality related process improvement and problem-solving efforts aiming to improve product quality in collaboration with the TEAM.
Implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action
Assist the Quality manager in coordination with system, product certification bodies.
Assist the Quality manager in coordination with second party’s audits (Customer audits)
Conduct training related to the company's Quality Management System. (Quality OJT program, Quality skill test program)
Develop and monitor statistical reports and performance measurement reports w.r.t. Quality Requirements.
Provide quality assurance support to customers, suppliers and other departments whenever required.
Preparation of the Specifications Sheets & the measuring gauges prior to the Job Change (Specification Sheet & Packaging Details, Gauge Readiness, Master Defect Samples Readiness).
Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others.
A TEAM Player with Positive Approach and Can-Do Attitude.
Other activities as deemed fit to support overall Quality Excellence programs as and when required.

Job Requirements

Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree with Mechanical, Physics, Industrial, Production or Related Major.
Minimum (5-7) years’ experience in manufacturing industry with quality assurance engineer role. Glass Bottle Manufacturing experience is more preferred.
Good communication skill in English.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000 and GMP will be an advantage for this role.
Proficient with MS Office, MS Navision, SAP.
In depth knowledge of product design, manufacturing procedure and process, tooling and quality processing.
Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Age should be 28-40.
More preferred who lives near job location area.
