Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Ensure a quality management system is in place and implemented in the factory & products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
Lead the product and process audits of manufacturing operations.
Ensure the equipment calibration and maintenance programs are executed per plan.
Audit and ensure the quality staff training and skill levels are up to expectations.
Apply relevant tools such as Lean Manufacturing to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing operations, specifically in areas involving quality functions.
Preparation of the Specifications & the measuring gauges prior to the Job Change (Specification Sheet & Packaging Details, Gauge Readiness, Challenge Samples Readiness).
Drive towards closure with the continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen.
Drive product failure analysis, lead corrective and preventive action to respond to internal and external customer complaints.
Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others.
A Team Player with Positive Approach and Can-Do Attitude.
Other activities as deemed fit to support overall Quality Excellence programs.

Job Requirements

Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree with Mechanical/Physics/Chemistry, Production or Related Major.
Minimum (5-7) years’ experience in manufacturing industry with quality assurance engineer role. Glass Bottle Manufacturing experience is more preferred.
Good communication skill in English.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000 and GMP will be an advantage for this role.
Proficient with MS Office, MS Navision, SAP.
In depth knowledge of product design, manufacturing procedure and process, tooling and quality processing
Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Non-Smoker, Age should be 28-40
