Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensure the Hygiene & Cleanliness been maintained at the work place.
  • Ensure that the hourly sampling is being done for the Glass Bottles and Feedback to Production Selection Supervisor/QC Staff on major and critical defects found during sampling.
  • Ensure that the proper labelling done in the pallets for the Approved/On Hold & recorded & ensure the correct pallet id is pasted in the pallet.
  • Liaise with Product Selection Supervisor/or Shift Managers to determine acceptability of products produced.
  • Ensure that the proper packaging material is used as per the Packing Specification Sheet. For any non-conformance in the packing, report immediately to the Product Selection Supervisor.
  • Ensure the presence in line all the times and follow up the break times as per the schedule provided.
  • Work Closely with other QA/QC Staff of the other lines & encourage the team work to support the business needs.
  • At the end of the shift, ensure proper communication is being done with the reliever.
  • Assume any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (Industrial Chemistry).
  • Minimum (5-7) years’ experience in manufacturing industry with QC role.
  • Experience in Glass, Ceramic, Tiles, Pharma Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with the Quality Checking using the Gauges.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001/14001/FSSC22000 systems.
  • Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Non-Smoker, Age should be 25-35
