On behalf of our Client, a medical equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Quality Management Representative (ISO) to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Gives awareness of QMS and internal audit training to staff properly
• Implements, establishes, maintains the departmental processes in QMS
• Makes the internal audit plan yearly
• Assigns the internal auditors at respective area as per plan
• Prepares the internal audit checklist for each processes if any
• Reviews the internal audit checklists and issues the audit findings
• Gives the guidance, suggestion and closes out the audit findings
• Prepares the internal audit report and submits to management timely
• Closes out the non-conformity from internal audit and complaints at due time
• Keeps QMS manual and documents distribution, changes, amendments, version control up to date for departmental processes; lists of external documents (back up soft copy in server or drives)
• Keeps QMS forms distribution, changes, amendment, version control up to date for departmental processes
• Prepares and presents the management meeting; input and out requirements from QMS more detail information
• Ensure that the control of processes of organization in QMS
• Prepares the external audit arrangement with external party at due time
• Closes the external findings and follow up actions in time
• Makes the corrective and preventive action for external, internal audit findings timely
• Makes awareness of customer requirements at organization and reviews the processes target
• Reports the actions needed for processes and the effectiveness of QMS at meeting

Job Requirements

• University degree in any subject
• At least (3) years’ experience in related position
• Having QMS awareness and internal audit experience
• Good understanding and knowledge of updated management theories and practices
• Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command of the English Language
• Be able to travel as business trips
