• To provide advice and support to Internal Verifiers and Assessors
• To supervise the internal verifier according to the policies of the External Verifier
• To develop and ensure use of standardized college paperwork / action plans and templates for assessment.
• To provide Programme Staff with latest guidelines/notifications from Awarding Bodies, promptly.
• To ensure Academic Staff are using up-to-date awarding body criteria via regular auditing of the EV/SV, IV & Assessment Folder, and all relevant paperwork.
• To disseminate results of College monitoring system to verifiers
• To communicate with EV regarding the specific requirements of the EV Visit and coordinate preparation activities for the visit.
• To check the syllabus, timetable and ensure that all the programmes are in line with the guidelines from Edexcel.
• To give suggestions concerning with the time tables and syllabus.
• To keep on eye the changing policies and guidelines from Edexcel and to present to the principal and make necessary arrangements to issue at the College.
• To take the responsibility of deciding whether the educational records and assessments are correct or not and act as the vice chairman of the assessment board.
• To deliberate whether the teaching methods are balanced enough for the students to follow and report to the principal.
• To monitor appropriate methods of assessment are used
• To monitor mechanisms for gathering and recording assessment documentation
• To conduct the in-house training for the new Academic Staff
• To ensure an up to date list of IV’s & Assessors
• To monitor security and confidentiality of assessment documentation.
• To ensure that the received records are authentic
• To keep the students’ works with IV forms verified by Lead Internal Verifier until the time the External/Standard Verifier’s verification process.
• To liaise with external verifier and identify action necessary
• To receive copies of all External Verifier Reports and Action Plans from external verifiers, and ensure that actions for which staffs are directly responsible are implemented in a timely and appropriate manner.
• The quality nominee is in charge of checking the certificates and handing them over to the registrar before the certificates are being claimed.

• Master, PhD are preferred international authorized degree holders and teaching experiences international and University.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good commend of spoken & written English.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Can work with contract 1 year.
