To check the site condition to prepare the specification, bill of quantities and tender documents based on design drawings and booklets.
To issue the purchase order for the materials to the procurement team on time.
To discuss with sub-contractor for the cost and responsibilities of the labor contract amount.
To make necessary inquiry for the market prices of the building materials and application methods.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma holder in Civil Engineering and Interior Design studies.
To have minimum three-years experience in interior fit-out and construction field.
To have knowledge in furniture fit-out details, building materials and application techniques.
To have a good communication skill to deal effectively with sub-contractors, site coordinators, third party suppliers and clients.
To be able to use Auto CAD (2D), MS Word, Excel proficiently. (Knowledge in SketchUp is an advantage.)
To be able to work under intense pressure and team environments.
To able to work night shift occasionally and must be able to travel.
