Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare final Bill of Quantity (B.Q), construction budget and preliminary schedules for all trades
  • & across all projects
  • Manage to team member the Quotations on time to win new tenders or new projects
  • Provide clarification on tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other docs
  • Arrange the budget control, scope of work and manage to purchasing issue.
  • Liaise with the Head of Construction and other construction professionals, such as project
  • managers and site engineers and other related subordinators
  • Arrange for billing, interim payment certificates of the contractor, change orders and evaluate
  • any cost overruns occurring in the project
  • Analyzing information, developing budgets, vendor relationships, Reporting skills, Estimating,
  • Teamwork, Documentation skills and Quality focus.

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of working experience in related construction field
  • Managerial skill or supervisory experience is appropriate
  • Can work under pressure and able to work multi tasks
  • Strong team building skill and time-management abilities.
