A Big Opportunity for ...

To prepare electrical and plumbing drawings and load calculation based on interior and architecture drawings.
To prepare Bill of Quantity for the M&E Scope of work.
To liaise architect, interior designers and project team.
To visit site and supervise the M&E subcontractor if necessary.
To check the quality of the finished work and report to the management as necessary.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Auto CAD (2D)
At least 2-year experience in M&E work in construction and interior decoration field. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the trainee post)
To have the knowledge of lighting and plumbing fixtures, home appliance system and installation techniques.
To able to work under intense pressure and team environment.
To able to work night shift occasionally and must be able to travel.
Knowledge in SketchUp is an advantage.
