Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare Bill of Quantity (B.Q) for M&E work.
  • Prepares M&E budget by studying the drawing, updating specifications, identifying and projecting costs for each elevation
  • Identifying qualified contracts and negotiating price, evaluate contractor’s BOQ and specification.
  • Prepare the award of contracts and make recommend of contractor’s valuation-
  • Handling for billing, interim payment certificates of the contractor, change orders and evaluate any cost overruns occurring in the project.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing, supply contracts and subcontractor.     
  • Travelling from the office to various sites as required.

Job Requirements

  • B.E or B.Tech (Electrical Power or Mechanical Power)
  • Minimum (5) years of working experience in related construction field
  • Strong communication skill and ability to work independently.
  • Travelling from the office to various sites as required.
