-Assist Technical and commercial department to plan, organize in relating to clients

-Prepare all documents related such Purchase requisition, quotation, and purchase Order as per provided design from technical team.

-Check and confirm back to clients whenever receiving POs with related PR/Quotation within timeline.

-Follow up issuing PO from clients. (According to submitted PR/ Quotation)

-Ensure all the related documents from technical teams are completed

-Regular monitoring and reporting activities to Management team

-Must have knowledge of technical and commercial sense

-Dynamic, initiative, enthusiastic, positive attitude, adaptable, and open-minded

-Good English skills in written and verbal communication

-Strong organizational skills (quotation storage, contract organization, database management)

-Good customer service for both internal and external customers

-Computer skills: Excel, Word, reliable keyboarding, and data processing

-Analyze price matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for services of the business

-Work with the project team and relevant dept to define pricing structure of the business

-Drafts strategic pricing plan and processes to improve existing projects according to market prices.
