  1. Meet with potential clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  2. Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal
  3. Researching for new target segment and maintaining relationship to close deals with
  4. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  5. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
  6. Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  7. Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
  8. Need to monitor competitors project
  9. Prepare daily reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  10. Be able to actively work towards agreed sales targets
  11. Be able to identify issues and provide solutions

Job Requirements

  • 2~4 years work experience real estate industry
  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Professional attitude and appearance, good communication and public relation
  • Able to use MS Office Application, Internet & Email
  • Must available for leasing sales visit
  • Customer service mindset and attitude
