Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Welcoming & Greeting visitors and solving their case
  2. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and transferring calls as necessary
  3. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
  4. Managing meeting room availability
  5. Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail and handling transcription, printing, photocopying and etc.,
  6. Assisting and recording for maintaining office work
  7. Handling travel arrangements and ability to handle office equipment (e.g., telephone system and etc.,)

  8. Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  9. Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
  10. Assisting the HR & admin team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
  11. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
  12. To support for external visitor and government’s sector’s visiting
  13. To arrange Health Care for employees
  14. Ensure efficient and effective administrative work, including the filling, follow-up and record system in Company
  15. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  16. Report and prepare for monthly report, quarterly report and annual report

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree (or) Certificate related with job
  2. Working experience 2 years ~ Above
  3. Single (Male or Female) and Age 27 ~ 32 Years
  4. Resistance from work stress
  5. Good communication etiquette and interpersonal skills
  6. Experience with Microsoft Office and typing (English & Myanmar)
